Ingredients : 

2 large whole wheat tortillas

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cooked black beans

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup diced bell pepper

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions :

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface.

3. Top each tortilla with the avocado slices, black beans, red onion, and bell pepper.

4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

5. Fold the tortillas in half, pressing to seal.

6. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

7. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, to taste.

8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.

9. Serve the wraps with the sweet potato fries.
