Baked Avocado Fries

Ingredients :
-2 ripe avocados
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup breadcrumbs
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut the avocados into thick slices.
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Dip the avocado slices in the mixture, coating them evenly.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the coated avocado slices on the baking sheet.
6. Drizzle the olive oil over the slices and bake in the oven for 20 -25 minutes.
