Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients :

-1 package of extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed

-1/4 cup of sesame oil

-1/4 cup of rice vinegar

-2 tablespoons of soy sauce

-2 tablespoons of grated ginger

-2 cloves of garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

-Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions :

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.

5. Remove the tofu from the oven and brush each piece with the sesame ginger sauce.

6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

7. Serve warm.
