Ingredients : 

1 cup chia seeds

4 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup fresh or frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions :

1. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

2. Stir until combined.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

4. To serve, divide the chia seed pudding between four bowls.

5. Top with the berries, nuts, and shredded coconut.

6. Serve immediately.
