Ingredients : 

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1/2 cup hummus

2 cups finely chopped vegetables of your choice (such as peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and lettuce)

1/4 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, cilantro, or parsley)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions :

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of hummus.

3. Top with the chopped vegetables, cheese, yogurt, and herbs.

4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

5. Place the wrap in the preheated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the tortilla is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.

6. Flip the wrap and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Remove from heat and cut into quarters.

8. Serve immediately.
