Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients :
– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
– 1/4 cup of your favorite plant-based milk
– 1/2 cup coconut sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Directions :
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, plant-based milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
3. Add the baking soda and flour and stir until a dough forms.
4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
5. Spread the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool and enjoy!
