Pumpkin Spice Granola Bites

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients :
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt.
4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Using a spoon, drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
